Last updated: August 20, 2026
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and how to exercise them with Buck Services.
Buck Services is a California company and honors these rights for all California residents who interact with our website, client portal, and services.
In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA:
| Category | Examples we collect | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, username, email address, phone number, IP address | Directly from you; automatically from your browser |
| Customer records (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)) | Name, contact details, company, business and billing information | Directly from you |
| Commercial information | Services requested or engaged, contact-form inquiries | Directly from you |
| Internet or network activity | Pages visited, access timestamps, browser type (server logs) | Automatically from your browser |
| Professional information | Company name and role, when you provide them in an inquiry or engagement | Directly from you |
We use these categories for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy: operating the site and your account, providing services, responding to inquiries, sending transactional notifications, securing our systems, and complying with law. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond account log-in credentials, and we do not use or disclose personal information for purposes incompatible with these.
Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed.
Request deletion of the personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions allowed by law (for example, records we must retain for security or legal compliance).
Request correction of inaccurate personal information. Account holders can also update most details directly in the dashboard.
We will never deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
Submit a request through either channel:

We retain each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above — account information while your account is active, inquiry records while we handle your request, consent records as required for compliance, and server logs on a short rolling basis. Details are in the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
We review this notice at least every 12 months and update it as our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
