The agreement that governs your use of the Buck Services website and client portal

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Buck Services (“Buck Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the parent company of Arryvz, governing your use of the website at buck.services and our client portal (together, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Buck Services provides IT consulting and professional services, including digital transformation, IT leadership, security and compliance, AI for business, data analytics, and Salesforce consulting. The Site provides information about those services and a client portal for account holders.

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails necessary to operate your account (such as verification, password reset, and security notices).
Text messaging is entirely optional and governed by our SMS Program & Policy. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to text messaging is not required to use Buck Services.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, page designs, and software — are owned by Buck Services or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent. All trademarks and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and relies on third-party providers (described in our Privacy Policy) to operate. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buck Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation; advice for specific engagements is delivered under the applicable services agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buck Services and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Liability arising from professional services engagements is addressed in the applicable services agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buck Services from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Site or request account deletion at any time by emailing support@buck.services. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms, security reasons, or discontinuation of the Site. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
