• Account registration: first and last name, username, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure cryptographic hash — we never store your plaintext password).
• Contact and lead forms: name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message when you contact us or request services.
• Mobile number and SMS consent (optional): if you choose to enroll in our transactional text messaging program, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (date, time, and the number enrolled). See our SMS Program & Policy for full details.
• Client engagement information: business and billing details you provide in the course of a consulting engagement.

Information collected automatically

• Session cookies: we use cookies to keep you signed in and to pass messages between pages (for example, a “registration successful” notice). These are essential to the operation of the site.
• Server logs: our web server records standard access information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, which we use for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and interaction data to distinguish humans from bots. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Contact and lead submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.
• SMS consent records are retained for compliance purposes even after you opt out, so we can demonstrate that consent was given.
• Server logs are retained on a rolling basis for security monitoring and then deleted.

How We Protect Your Information

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access and correction: you can review and update your account details from your dashboard, or ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
• Notification choices: you can opt out of text messages at any time (see SMS Program & Policy). Transactional emails such as verification and password-reset messages are necessary to operate your account.
• Cookies: you can block cookies in your browser, though the sign-in features of the site will not function without session cookies.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@buck.services and we will delete it.
